Restauri di organi effettuati negli ultimi vent’anni nel territorio compreso tra Brescia, Verona e Mantova hanno suffragato l’ipotesi, avanzata da Renato Lunelli, che durante il XVIII secolo, fino alla metà del secolo successivo, gli organari locali abbiano perseguito un ideale sonoro particolare, diverso da quello dei contemporanei lombardi o veneti. Dal confronto di tre organi di Gaetano Amigazzi di grandezza simile, restaurati da tre diversi organari, sono emersi elementi interessanti anche per una discussione riguardante il recupero di sonorità storiche.
Restorations of organs carried out in the last twenty years in the area between Brescia, Verona and Mantua supported the hypothesis put forward by Renato Lunelli, that during the 18th century, until the middle of the following century, the local organ builders pursued a particular sound ideal quite, different from that of the Lombard or Venetian contemporaries. The comparison of three Gaetano Amigazzi’s organs of similar size, restored by three different organ builders, brought out interesting elements for a discussion on the recovery of historical sonorities.
