L’interesse del contributo è orientato ad indagare gli effetti a diverse scale urbane della topothesia operata dalle nuove tecnologie,che narra i luoghi e le versioni immaginarie in modo da percepirle come reali. Uno spazio di visioni governato daun real time control system, che sempre più assume importanza nel modo di descrivere e comprendere la progettazionedi urban sensing, permettendo di stimolare la creatività e l’interattività della collettività, in modo da mantenere attivala connessione tra l’intellegibile spazio dell’immaginario e la visione dell’esperienza urbana. Città icone della tecnologia inevoluzione che, per funzionare, più che sui formats devono mettere l’accento sul ruolo del cittadino, la cui interpretazionee significazione è ancora alla ricerca degli indicatori che una volta definivano una città vivibile: identità, sicurezza,accesso alle opportunità, immaginazione e felicità, autenticità, trasparenza, comunità, giustizia, prevenzione e tutela. Insostanza va compreso e, per certi versi, anticipato, il comportamento dei cittadini, sempre più assorbiti dalla dimensionecreativa e topothesica dell’internet of things, e spinti verso una diversa costruzione attiva dell’identità urbana. Darerisposta ai cittadini significa evolversi ancora una volta e da città intelligente approdare alla sentient city, in grado dirammentare, relazionare e accelerare tempo e spazio cognitivo per coinvolgere i cittadini nei settori urbani considerati dimaggior priorità: l’energia, la mobilità e la qualità dell’ambiente.

Versions and Visions in the E-narration of the Urban Sensing
This contribution is prone to investigate on different urban scales the effects of the topothesia operated by new technologies,which narrates the imaginary places and versions in order to perceive them as real. A space of visions ruled by a real timecontrol system, which increasingly assumes importance in the way of describing and understanding the design of urbansensing, allowing to stimulate the creativity and interactivity of the community, in order to keep the connection between theintelligible space of the imaginary and the vision of the urban experience. Cities that are icons of evolving technology that,in order to be efficient, rather than putting the accent on the format, they have to focus on the role of the citizen whoseinterpretation and signification is still looking for the indicators that once were the definition of a livable city: identity,security, access to opportunities, imagination and happiness, authenticity, transparency, community, justice, preventionand protection. Essentially there is a need to understand and, in some ways, anticipate the behavior of the citizens, increasinglyabsorbed by the creative and topothesic dimension of the internet of things, and driven towards a different activeconstruction of the urban identity. Responding to citizens means to evolve once more from an intelligent city to a sentientcity which is able to remember, relate and accelerate time and cognitive space to involve citizens in the urban areas thatare considered most important, for example energy, mobility and quality of environment.

Versions et visions de la narration électronique de la détection urbaine
L’intérêt de la contribution est orienté vers l’étude des effets à différentes échelles urbaines de la topothésie produite parles nouvelles technologies, qui décrit les lieux et les versions imaginaires afin de les percevoir comme réels. Un espace devisions géré par un système de contrôle en temps réel, qui prend de plus en plus d’importance dans la manière de décrireet de comprendre la conception de la détection urbaine, permettant de stimuler la créativité et l’interactivité de la communauté,de manière à maintenir actif le lien entre l’espace intelligible de l’imaginaire et la vision de l’expérience urbaine.Les villes icônes de la technologique en évolution qui, pour fonctionner, doivent mettre l’accent sur le rôle du citoyen dontl’interprétation et le sens sont toujours à la recherche des indicateurs qui définissaient jadis une ville vivable, plutôt quesur les formats : identité, sécurité, accès aux opportunités, imagination et bonheur, authenticité, transparence, communauté,justice, prévention et protection. Essentiellement, le comportement des citoyens, de plus en plus absorbés par la dimensioncréative et topothésique de l’internet des objets, et poussés vers une nouvelle construction active de l’identité urbaine, doitêtre compris et, à certains égards, anticipé. Répondre aux citoyens, c’est passer de nouveau d’une ville intelligente à uneville sensible, capable de rappeler, de relier et d’accélérer le temps et l’espace cognitifs pour impliquer les citoyens dans deszones urbaines considérées comme prioritaires : énergie, mobilité et qualité environnement.
