Observations on the Role of the Augustae in the Trajanic Imperial Ideology. The Contribution of Numismatic Evidence 

This paper aims to provide a revised list (Tab. 1, 2) of the coins issued for the imperial women of the Trajanic period (Plotina, Marciana and Matidia the Elder), giving some remarks on the ideological meaning of their role as members of the domus Ulpia.
